Come learn more about Eat Smart, Move More, Weigh Less, a 15-week online weight management program that uses strategies proven to work for weight loss and maintenance. New class series begin each month via Zoom and are led by a licensed Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN).  Each hour-long weekly lesson informs, empowers and motivates participants to live mindfully as they make healthy choices about eating and physical activity.  Active members of the State Health Plan can enroll for this program at no cost.
