2025 Open Enrollment is Sept. 30-Oct. 25, 2024.This webinar, which will be held Oct. 16, 2024, at 9a.m. covers the same information as the Plan’s other Open Enrollment webinars for Active/Non-Medicare members, but it will include CART Captioning and ASL Interpreters. Additionally, we will record this session and post it on the Plan’s website so that anyone needing ASL interpreters or captioning will be able to access it at any time.

Aetna Bus and Van Tour Across the StateIn 2025, Aetna will be the new Third-Party Administrator (TPA) for the North Carolina State Health Plan Network. To highlight the change, the Aetna bus and van will be visiting more than 20 locations at in-person events across the state. No registration is required! Each stop will offer the opportunity to ask Aetna representatives questions about the transition, including the ability to look up your providers, and the opportunity to receive a flu shot on a first-come, first-served basis.

2025 Open Enrollment is Sept. 30-Oct. 25, 2024. Telephone town halls are intended for active members to select the best plan for the 2025 benefit year. Telephone town halls are like listening to a radio show over the phone. You’ll simply provide your phone number when you register, and we’ll call you to join at the start of the event. Members who have registered and members with a valid phone number in the State Health Plan’s enrollment system eBenefits will receive a call prior to an event, which will prompt you to join.
