This Telephone Town Hall is designed for State Health Plan Medicare eligible retirees. This town hall event will give you the chance to learn more about the Humana Group Medicare Advantage (PPO) Base Plan (90/10) and the Humana Group Medicare Advantage (PPO) Enhanced Plan (90/10). Open Enrollment will take place October 9-27, 2023. Participating is easy! Simply provide your phone number as part of the registration process and we’ll call you to join the Telephone Town Hall at the start of the event. Please note that your phone number will remain confidential.
