The State Health Plan is offering informational webinars prior to and during Open Enrollment for members to learn more about their 2025 health plan options. Open Enrollment will be held Sept. 30th to Oct. 25th, 2024.
Medicare Primary members currently enrolled in the Humana Medicare Advantage Base Plan (90/10)* or Enhanced Plan (90/10)* will remain enrolled in their current Humana plan.
